Multi-Site Sales & Events Manager - Newcastle - 25k plus 12k bonus
My client is a national bar and restaurant group and they are currently recruiting for a Multi-Site Sales & Events Manager to manage 2 of their premium sites in Newcastle.
Reporting to the Head of Sales your role as Multi-Site Sales & Events Manager will be to pro-actively drive new business into your cluster of sites through outbound sales in the form of business development, networking and marketing.
As Multi-Site Sales & Events Manager you will focus on pre-booked sales, private hire and events for your cluster of sites.
It is imperative that as Multi-Site Sales & Events Manager you devise a monthly and quarterly sales activity plan as well as what marketing campaigns you plan to carry out.
You will be well looked after with an attractive bonus package however must meet agreed quarterly revenue targets as set out by the Regional Sales Manager and Head of Sales to achieve this.
All candidates applying for this role must have pro-active sales experience and ideally be currently working in a sales role within the bar and restaurant industry though not essential local knowledge is preferable.
