Are you a Head Chef from a contract catering background with strong fine dining and events experience?

My client is a leading B&I contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef in The City of London.

​

For this Head Chef role, you will need to have:

​

• A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level

• Fine Dining experience

• Events experience

• Retail experience

• The ability to cater for events with large numbers

• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a Head Chef position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
