My client is looking for a super star General Manager to join their team and drive sales in a very busy and high-volume venue
Experience and skills required for the role of General Manager includes:
· Passion for hospitality
· Been a General Manager in a fast-paced, big capacity and high-volume venue for minimum of 2 years (in a corporate & branded business)
· Results driven
· Works very well under pressure and is a strong decision maker
· An inspiring leader and mentor
· An effective communicator with great organisational skills
· Financial acumen & Business Savvy
· Works well with Sales and Events teams and understands the importance of pre-booked sales
· Has delivered large corporate functions and full venue hires as General Manager
· Understands and will be responsible for all KPIs of the business
· Maintain all company standards and policies
· Friendly and approachable
· Creative and innovative
· Understands Branded businesses
