As General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the venue with an annual turnover of £5m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 90 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and extensive event space. The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;
- Working within a General management within a commercial contract for a minimum of 3 years.
- Extensive knowledge of all departments with a strong focus of sales and marketing
- Managed teams of 60+
- High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
- Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
