Are you an experienced Deputy General Manager within a Hospitality led unit? I am currently recruiting for a Catering Manager within a B&I contract in the Central London. If you’re looking for a role within a contract that hosts a wide range of events from Directors Dining and working lunches to elaborate drinks & canape receptions, then this is the role for you.
If you enjoy being a hands on Catering Manager who can balance the demands of being on the floor for every service, with carrying out the administrative duties that come with running your own site then this is the role for you.
The ideal Catering Manager will have the following skills/ experience;
- Have worked within a senior management role for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience and strong financial understanding
- Worked within a 5* hotel or high end contract site
- Strong experience within hospitality and event service
- A Hands on manager who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and sees no job as being too small
