I am currently recruiting an Operations Manager for a leading Contract Caterer, with a fantastic reputation within the education sector. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for a number of very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. Your patch will be around the Birmingham area.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/experience;

·        Multi-site experience within Contract Catering – ideally within Education or B&I.

·        Great understanding of the clients needs

·        Managed a large patch of business

·        Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail services
