Hospitality Manager - Surrey - £30k
I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Hospitality Manager for my client's site based in Surrey. This role requires someone with a strong Events/ Hospitality background and a passion for delivering a 5* service.
My client is a leading independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for a stunning independent school. As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 30 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
As the Hospitality Manager, you will also be involved with school events as well as liaising with parents and teachers. This site hosts several high end events, so someone with strong experience in hospitality is required.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge
· Currently at an Events or Hospitality Manager level within a 5* environment
· Have a proven background within contract catering
· A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures
· Hold a current DBS
You will be required to work 5 days out of 7, including evening and weekends as required.
