As the Deputy General Manager, you will support with the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in the region of £1m. You will lead an inspire a permanent team of 7, with multiple casual staff on a regular basis

The ideal Deputy General Manager will have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a management role for a minimum of 2 years.

·        Experience managing Coffee/ Deli Bars, Counter Service Restaurants and Events

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

·        A hands-on manager, who leads by example
