Head of Recruitment - London - 60k plus bonus
Do you want head up the recruitment for one of the hospitality industry's leading brands?
For this Head of Recruitment role you will have a team of 2 Recruitment Managers underneath you and your main responsibilities would be:
To produce an Annual Resourcing plan with targets and actions for each area of the business
Work with the relevant Brand and Marketing Leads in each business providing brand suggestions to always improve our presence and brand in the industry
Using your teams as well as your own expertise to solve resourcing challenges
Ensuring the company culture and values is represented throughout the resourcing process
Talent planning and pipelining to ensure that the organisation’s talent is fit to meet future challenges
Ensuring the company is seen as an employer of choice by talent whether junior, senior or executive level
Delivering reports on the resourcing data and analytics on a monthly basis or as required
Adding value to the budget and financial constraints by forming and maintaining top talent teams
Taking into consideration the business behaviour and values and role modelling these
Proactively utilise social media such as Twitter, LinkedIn and others to source the best people
Actively headhunt and introduce talent into the business
Keep abreast of market trends in the industry and respond appropriately, always looking at new avenues to attract the best people to the business
Lead and manage the business ATS system, ensuring that it is up to date and look at the best solutions for attracting the best talent to the business
Control and responsibility of the entire resourcing process including managing budgets
Attend regular industry events to meet and network with people, attracting new talent to the business and proactively getting the brand out in the market
Lead internal development/assessment centres in conjunction with the people team to support the business talent and succession process
Act as the recruitment subject matter expert for the business
Explore methods and ensure the business recruits from underrepresented groups
Quarterly benchmarking on reward and benefits against competitors
Managing agency recruitment contracts and spend, ensuring if in use they are up to date and relevant for the business with the best rates
For this Head of Recruitment position you must have experience leading a Resourcing Function and managing a team in either an in-house hospitality recruitment role or a hospitality recruitment agency.
Applicants for this Head of Recruitment role will ideally be from a hospitality recruitment background however other relevant sectors will also be considered.
