​Head Chef - Members Club - £40k

***4 day working week***

My client is looking for a Head Chef for this social club which is at the heart of the community

As the Head Chef, you will have full control of kitchen, creating and producing varied menu’s for a diverse client base, from Pub Classics and Bar Snacks to Conferences and Events.

The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Worked at Head Chef level within a Pub or Members/ Social Club environment

·        Strong bar experience, with exposure to event catering and larger numbers

·        A hands-on chef who leads by example.

·        Strong knowledge of all Food Safety procedures

This venue operates all day on a Friday and Saturday and Sunday Lunchtimes
