Do you want to lead the culinary team as Head Chef of a leading B&I site in the City of London?

I'm looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following:

• The ability to manage a BOH team

• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience

• Excellent financials

• Up to date with the latest food trends

• Prides themself with producing innovative food

• Detailed understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year.
