My client is a village restaurant in Cobham, Surrey and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead their team.

For this General Manager role, they require someone who has:

• Great front of house presence

• A natural way with people

• The ability to network with regulars providing that personal touch

• Superb attention to detail

• Experience managing a team of FOH staff

• Excellent financials and P&L knowledge

• The desire to grow within a forward thinking company
