Event Operations Manager - Events Venue - £35k
I am currently recruiting for an Event Operations Manager within this versatile venue in the New Forest. If you’re looking for a role that hosts a wide range of events from high volume business meetings and large banqueting functions to elaborate weddings and drinks & canape receptions, then this is the role for you.
As the Event Operations Manager, you will work alongside the management team to deliver the very best in service standards. I am looking for a manager that doesn’t settle for 2nd best and thrives for perfection at all times.
The ideal Event Operations Manager will have the following skills/ experience;
· Have worked within an event management role for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience
· Worked within a venue that caterers for both corporate and social events
· Capabilities of running events for up to 300 people
· Flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
Working 5 days out of 7, whilst still getting rotated weekends off every month to suit the demands of the business.
