Deputy General Manager - Venue - £40k

As the Deputy General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in excess of £2m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 20 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and Hospitality, meeting and event space.

The ideal Deputy General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a management role for a minimum of 3 years.

·        Experience managing both Counter Service Restaurants and Events

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery

·        Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
