​Chef Manager - Berkshire - £40k - TERM TIME ONLY

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager for a large state school based near Maidenhead

My client is one of the leading independently owned caterers in the education sector and are recruiting for a large senior school, with the kitchen catering for close to 2000 covers daily. As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 20 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Chef Manager level

·        Have a proven background within education catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Fantastic knowledge of all allergen processes

Working Monday to Friday, 40 weeks per year.
