​Chef Manager - Healthcare Catering - £40k

3 days on, 3 days off – 8am to 6pm

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager for a care home in Reading.

As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 3 staff, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Chef Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A strong Craft background within the care sector

·        Extensive knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Strong people management skills
