Weddings Operations Executive - £28,500 plus bonus
I am currently recruiting for a Weddings Operations Executive for a stunning venue in Central London. If you enjoy a role that brings the full 360’ process, looking after every step of the event from planning stage to delivery, this is the Event Operations Executive role for you.
As Weddings Operations Executive, you will support the Events Manager with the planning and delivery of all weddings within this venue, ensuring that all weddings are coordinated and delivered in line with the clients budget and requirements.
This traditional venue can accommodate wedding breakfast’s for up to 220 people, so you will need to have experience managing weddings for similar numbers.
The ideal Weddings Operations Executive will have the following skills/ knowledge;
- A minimum of 2 years experience at management level
- Experience in both event coordination and operations in equal measure
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Driven to provide a 5* guest experience
As with all Operational roles, this position requires someone who has the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to fit in with the business.
