Senior Sales Executive - London - 24k-28k plus bonus
My client is one of London's most exciting and growing bar groups and they are currently looking for Senior Sales Executives for some of their premium bars in London.
Your role as Senior Sales Executive will be to carry out business development of new and existing markets from corporate clients to private/social groups.
The overall aim of the Senior Sales Executive role is to contribute towards achieving your bar’s pre-booked revenue target which is done by maximising yield in all areas of the bar including private hire spaces, building relationships with both existing and new clients as well as taking advantage of seasonal times of the year such as Christmas.
It is imperative that as Senior Sales Executive you develop an ongoing knowledge of the company’s products in the form of food and drink.
As Senior Sales Executive you will also be expected to refer business and opportunities to other bars within the group where appropriate.
Applicants for this Senior Sales Executive role will ideally currently be in a similar events sales role within the bar/restaurant sector and although local knowledge is not essential it is desirable.
