Sales Manager - Cambridge - Up to 35k plus bonus
My client is a boutique hotel group and they are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for their property in Cambridge.
As Sales Manager your main focus will be to maximise sales of both meetings & events and rooms through the following:
- Cultivate the understanding of sales throughout the hotel
- Ensure hotel revenue targets are met
- Work alongside the Brand Revenue Manager on occupancy of rooms and meeting spaces, rates, yield and average spend
- Preparing budgets and understanding how to influence profit and loss
- Generate new business for the hotel
- Managing a small sales team
All candidates applying for this Sales Manager role must be currently in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry ideally within a hotel though not essential local knowledge is preferable.
