Restaurant Manager - Reigate - £28k
I am currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for a brand-new opening in Reigate, who are set to open as soon as government guidelines allow in May.
The restaurant caters for 40 covers indoors, as well as a 100-cover terrace, taking on a casual dining concept during the day and a more formal dining on a Friday and Saturday night.
With this being a new opening, you will start with small, dedicated team which will grow as business levels do – this will mean that the Restaurant Manager must be prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in on a daily business.
The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following skills/ experience;
- Have worked within a Restaurant Manager role for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience
- A natural personality, who likes to be the face of the restaurant
- Flexible approach with the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
- Commercially aware and business savvy with a natural drive to increase sales
Please note that this role will predominantly be day time hours Sunday-Thursday, with evenings/ late nights on a Friday and Saturday.
