Operations Director – South East – Private Education - £80k

I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Director for one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers, with a reputation that is unrivalled when it comes to catering for some of the country’s leading private schools. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 35 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. You will lead will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 3 Operations Managers across the South Coast from Kent to Bournemouth.
The ideal Operations Director will have the following knowledge/ experience;
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering
- Great understanding of the client’s needs
- Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £10m+
- Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail business with strong financial acumen
