Multi-Site Sales Manager - Cheshire - Up to 22k plus uncapped commission
My client is a national bar group and they are currently looking for a Multi-Site Sales Manager for two of their bars in Cheshire.
Your role as Multi-Site Sales Manager will be to carry out business development of new and existing markets from corporate clients to private/social groups.
The overall aim of the Multi-Site Sales Manager role is to achieve your bar’s pre-booked revenue target which is done by maximising yield in all areas of each bar including private hire spaces, building relationships with both existing and new clients as well as taking advantage of seasonal times of the year such as Christmas which is huge for the company.
It is imperative that as Multi-Site Sales Manager you develop an ongoing knowledge of the company’s products in the form of food and drink as well as keeping up to date with the latest menus and special offers.
As Multi-Site Sales Manager you will also be expected to refer business and opportunities to other bars within the group where appropriate.
Applicants for this Multi-Site Sales Manager role will ideally currently be in a similar events sales role within the hospitality industry and although local knowledge is not essential it is desirable.
