Multi-Site Sales & Events Manager - The City, London - 30k plus 12k bonus
My client is a national bar and restaurant group and they are currently recruiting for a Sales & Events Manager for one of their premium brands and the role will be to look after a cluster of sites in The City, London.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for London your role as Sales & Events Manager will be to pro-actively drive new business into your cluster of sites through outbound sales in the form of business development, networking and marketing.
As Sales & Events Manager you will focus on pre-booked sales, private hire and events for your cluster of sites.
It is imperative that as Sales & Events Manager you devise a monthly and quarterly sales activity plan as well as what marketing campaigns you plan to carry out.
You will be well looked after with an attractive bonus package however must meet agreed quarterly revenue targets as set out by the Regional Sales Manager and Head of Sales to achieve this.
All candidates applying for this role must have pro-active sales experience and ideally be currently working in a sales role within the bar and restaurant industry though not essential local knowledge is preferable.
