Group Sales Manager - London - Up to 40k plus commission
My client is a national bar and restaurant group and they are currently recruiting for a Group Sales Manager to head up the sales for 2 of their brands in Central London.
Your role as Group Sales Manager will be to pro-actively dirve sales into 6 Central London sites across both brands focusing on pre-booked sales, private hire and events.
The corporate market will be where you'll mainly pay your attention to with that it is imperative that as Group Sales Manager you devise a 12 month business plan detailing clear targets and objectives for all 6 sites.
Within your role you will spend 2 days at head office and 3 days across the 6 sites you will be responsible for.
All candidates applying for this role must have pro-active sales experience and ideally be currently working in a sales role within the bar and restaurant industry though not essential local knowledge is preferable.
