General Manager - Events Venue - £60-70k

This role is not for the faint hearted - as General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the venue with an annual turnover in excess of £8m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 80 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of extensive event space, meeting rooms, an auditorium and a Cafe.
The ideal General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;
- Working within at least a General Manager role for a minimum of 3 years, within an events venue with a minimum turnover of £5m.
- Worked closely with Sales team to exceed budgets
- Managed teams of 50+
- High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
- Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
