Event Catering General Manager - Monaco - €50,000-€60,000 NET

MUST HAVE EVENT CATERING EXPERIENCE

My client is the Cote d'Azur's leading event caterer and they are currently recruiting for an Event Catering General Manager who can lead the team to provide the most exceptional culinary experience and deliver some of the most cutting edge private and corporate catering.

For this Event Catering General Manager role, you must have event catering experience of the highest standard and also be fluent in English and French both spoken and written.

You will be part of an Executive team along with the Director of Development and the Executive Chef.

The Event Catering General Manager role is responsible for the:

  • Commercial management of the company

  • Business growth/retention and development

  • Creating sales and marketing plan with the Director of Development 

  • Menu development with the Executive Chef

  • Develop relationships with venues and event planners

  • Hire and manage staffing for events

  • Train and manage waiting staff and kitchen personnel in conjunction with Executive Chef

  • Ensure highest level of customer service and client satisfaction

  • Report on expenses and margins

  • Manage stock, and place orders for event rentals

  • The full profit and loss responsibility of the company
