General Manager - London - £50k

I am recruiting for a stunning B&I contract in the City with an annual turnover of £4m which incorporates a good mix of hospitality and retail catering for the 3000 staff in the building. You will be responsible for all catering facilities, reception and switchboard services.
As General Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 50+ to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.
The ideal General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
- Experience in a City B&I contract with strong knowledge of both catering and reception services
- Managed teams of at least 50 people
- Commercially aware and the ability to increase sales
- Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £3m
