Are you an experienced Manager within the retail/ staff dining environment, wanting to take the next step to Deputy Manager? Do you put quality at the forefront of everything you do? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.
I am recruiting for a B&I contract in the Central London with an annual turnover of £2.5m which incorporates some hospitality, but your main focus will be the retail catering offer for the 3500 staff in the building.
As Deputy Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 45 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.
The ideal Deputy Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
- Experience in contract catering, with a strong focus on counter service restaurants
- A Hands on approach
- Managed teams of up to 30 people
- Commercially aware and the ability to increase sales
- Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £2m
