Deputy General Manager – London - £32k
Are you an experienced Deputy General Manager within the Contract Catering Sector or a strong HoD looking to take that next step? Do you put quality at the forefront of everything you do? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.
I am recruiting for a stunning B&I contract in the City with an annual turnover of £3m which incorporates a good mix of hospitality and retail catering for the 1000 staff in the building.
As Deputy General Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 35 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.
The ideal Deputy General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
- Experience in both corporate hospitality and staff dining
- A Hands on approach
- Managed teams of up to 30 people
- Commercially aware and the ability to increase sales
- Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £3m
