Conference & Events Sales Manager - South Wales - 42k plus bonus
My client is a 5 star resort in South Wales and they are currently recruiting for a Conference & Events Sales Manager to be a key player within their team.
As Conference & Events Sales Manager you will devise the annual budget for the conference and events department ensuring that there is a set strategy to achieve the relevant goals/objectives throughout the financial year.
Your team will be your main focus and as Conference & Events Sales Manager it is essential that you ensure they are motivated at all times in order to convert as many enquiries as possible.
Both you and your team will pro-actively seek new business, grow existing relationships as well as ensuring repeat business returns to the resort.
All candidates applying for this role must have pro-active sales experience, team management experience as well as ideally experience working within a sales team at a 5 star hotel.
