Central Sales Manager - London - 35k-40k plus bonus
My client is one of London's leading contract caterers and they are currently recruiting for a Central Sales Manager.
As Central Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to manage a team of 8 as well as a portfolio of 7 venues.
The ideal Central Sales Manager will possess the following attributes:
- Full understanding of contract catering
- Extensive knowledge of London events venues
- Strong team management experience
- An eye for detail and strong organisational skills
- Pro-active sales experience
- The ability to maintain and develop client relationships
