I am currently recruiting an Assistant Reception Manager to assist with the running of the guest services department within in a stunning office in London, which has the feel of a 5* Hotel. This will include the Visitor Reception, Business Lounge, Communal Working Spaces and meeting rooms.
As Assistant Reception Manager you will lead an inspire a team of 30 to deliver a level of service usually found in a Hotel. You won’t settle for 2nd best and always be coming up with new and innovative ideas to improve the customer journey.
The ideal Assistant Reception Manager will have the following skills/ experience;
- Currently working in a 5* Hotel or High-end corporate reception
- Managed teams of 15+
- You will be working closely with the catering team, so an interest of food trends would be advantageous
- Strong people management experience and a can-do attitude
