Asian Weddings Event Planner - London - 25k-27k plus bonus
My client is one of London's top contract caterers and they are currently recruiting for an Asian Weddings Event Planner for their events catering brand.
As Asian Weddings Event Planner your main focus will be to maximise sales through the following:
- Winning and retaining business while promoting the awareness of all facilities and services on offer
- Submitting event proposals efficiently and accurately keeping within brand standards at all times
- Ensure all events are costed in the agreed profit margin
- Plan all events with exceptional attention to detail
- Provide each client with an exceptional journey from start to finish exceeding their expectations along the way
- Develop strong internal relationships and be responsible for communication between all departments involved in an event
- Refer any business internally where possible
- Account management of key clients
- Managing relationship with suppliers
- Being the 'Venue Guru' for selected venues
- Meeting and greeting clients at events
