​Sous Chef - Buckinghamshire - £38k

I am currently looking for a Sous Chef who has experience and a passion for working with fresh ingredients, with high-volume events experience. This is fantastic opportunity for someone with a hotel background looking to break into the Contract Catering sector.

My client is one of the leading Independent Education Caterer’s and are recruiting for a stunning school near Buckingham. The kitchen caters for 2000+ people daily and has a culinary team of 15.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Sous Chef level

·        Have a proven background within independent education or Contract Catering

·        Experience in high volume events

·        Hold a current DBS

Predominantly Monday to Friday, working approximately 15 weekends per year.
