​​Sous Chef - West London - 40k plus service charge

​

Shift Pattern - Wednesday to Sunday, mixture of shifts approx 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm​

​

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to be based at a Luxury Independent Living Complex in West London.

​

I am looking for a Sous Chef who has the following:

​

• Experience at a Senior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level

• Confident managing a brigade of chefs

• Ability to design innovative menus

• Experience working within a high volume, fast paced environment

• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Sous Chef role must have been in a Senior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef position within the last year.
