Senior Sales Manager - London - 35k-40k plus bonus
12 Month Contract
My client is a national bar and restaurant group and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager.
As Senior Sales Manager, your main focuses will be the following:
Collaborating with senior operational stakeholders to improve booking conversion and sales performance
Producing data and developing insight to illustrate brand/district/site’s optimum inventory and the optimum configuration of the booking system
Producing reports and forecasts to develop insight and propose actions for performance improvement
Identifying issues and opportunities within the market segment
Monitoring rejected, no shows and cancelled bookings and working with our operational teams to reduce and improve performance
Collaborating with our Business Change & Technology team and external software providers to ensure your brands are on trend and first to market with new developments
Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure that new product features are trained in efficiently and effectively
Working with marketing colleagues to ensure that the relevant booking types, promotions and menus are correctly displayed in the relevant digital channel
Providing coaching on local sales and marketing techniques including local outreach resulting in lead generation and the growth of the community brand ‘fanbase’ and the positive impact of local social channels, developing support tools and local marketing tool kits
Providing support in ensuring that all key trading dates are set up effectively to maximise trading opportunities
For this Senior Sales Manager role, I am looking for a candidate who has:
5 years multi-channel sales experience within a high-volume consumer facing environment
Demonstratable in-depth knowledge and experience working with Collins booking platform
Strong hospitality sector and market knowledge
The ability to be digitally savvy with an understanding of the sector’s ‘digital marketplace’ and staying abreast of the role of each digital sales channel
High levels of commercial acumen, demonstrating robust analytical skills
Previous experience of sales coaching and training
High levels of professional maturity who can work on own initiative
Ability to build strong and effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation
