Senior Event Planner - London - 40k plus bonus/commission
My client is a leading London event caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Senior Event Planner to join their team.
As Senior Event Planner your main focuses will be the following:
Establishing client's needs and presenting effective event solutions
Conducting tastings or attending pitch tastings and site visits with clients
Liaising with suppliers, producing the high quality and comprehensive event sheet for the kitchen and operations teams to work from
Communicating all relevant information to other departments during the pre-event meetings to ensure the services the company provide meet and exceed client's expectations
Attending events adopting the most appropriate role in the circumstances
Employing the appropriate resources to elevate the company above competitors
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product and communicating this to clients and venues
Supporting the training, nurturing and development of junior members in the team
All candidates applying for this Senior Event Planner role must have been in a similar sales and events planning role within the last year.
