I am currently recruiting for this stunning corporate site in the Canary Wharf, who have a food offer that is hard to beat. They are looking for someone who places a real emphasis on the customer journey and is always looking to move the business forward.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be fully responsible for the smooth running of this busy staff dining facility consisting of a busy counter service restaurant, grab and go deli and busy coffee bar, catering for the 1500 staff on site.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will also need to have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Eye for detail and strong customer service skills

·        Managed teams of up to 20

·        Previous experience in a high end, fast paced staff dining contract or an artisan high street coffee concept

·        Strong people manages who pushes their team to give a 5* service

I am looking for someone who can balance being out of the floor and the face of the business as well as being able to keep all administrative tasks up to date.
