Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager, Retail Manager or Café Managerlooking to move into a new role in contract catering? Or an experienced high street Manager looking for something new? If so, then I want to hear from you.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be fully responsible for the smooth running of this busy staff dining facility consisting of a counter service restaurant, grab and go deli and busy coffee bar, catering for the 650 staff on site.

The ideal Restaurant Manager will also need to have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Eye for detail and strong customer service skills

·        Previous experience in a high end, fast paced staff dining contract or an artisan high street coffee concept

·        Commercially aware with a track record of increasing sales

·        Experience in marketing different food initiatives

I am looking for someone who can balance being out of the floor and the face of the business as well as being able to keep all administrative tasks up to date.
