​Regional Head of Operations - Herts/ London - £80k

I am currently recruiting a Regional Head of Operations for a fantastic company with a fantastic reputation when it comes to managing event venues and day visitor attractions. This is no ordinary patch of business – I am looking for a creative and commercially minded individual to look after 7 very different venues, with a combined annual turnover of £12m+

The ideal Regional Head of Operations will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role, running commercial contracts

·        A strong commercial background across Event Venues, Day Visitor Catering or Stadia

·        Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £8m+

·        Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail operations

·        Exceptional client relationships, with an ability to push back and challenge when needed, whilst still maintaining a strong and effective partnership
