​Regional Head Chef - Surrey - £50k plus car allowance

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Regional Head Chef to support a patch of business in the South East, with the ideal candidate being based in Surrey, with easy access up into London, as well as down to the Coast.

My client is an independent contract caterer, with a strong focus on fresh produce and the development of their people. As the Regional Head Chef, you will support the Operations team with all culinary elements of the business, covering a mix of B&I and education sites as required.

The ideal Regional Head Chef will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        Currently at Head Chef level, with multi-site experience

·        Strong knowledge of both staff feeding and hospitality

·        Have a proven background within contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Mobilisation experience
