I am currently recruiting an Operations Support Manager for a leading independent contract caterer, who place a strong focus on the quality of food and the development of people. You will work closely with your Operations Manager, focusing on all culinary elements of the role from menu development to kitchen management and mobilisations.

The ideal Operations Support Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering

·        A strong craft background

·        Worked at Catering/ Chef Manager

·        Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail units
