I am currently recruiting an Operations Manager for a Contract Caterer with a fantastic reputation within the indpendent education sector. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for a number of very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. Your patch will cover Surrey and London.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Multi-site experience within Contract Catering – ideally within Independent Education or B&I.

·        Fantastic stakeholder management skills

·        Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £4m+

·        Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail services
