Operations Manager - Facilities Management - £65k plus Car Allowance

Are you a passionate and supportive Operations Manager within the Total FM sector who has a passion for providing a 5* service to all your clients, whilst looking after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.

I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a group of state schools covering all FM services including Catering, Cleaning and Maintenance. You will be responsible for 7 different sites, each with their own demands and business requirements.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Experience in a senior management role, within Facilities Management

·        Experience dealing with local authority contracts

·        Managed a multi-site operation

·        Strong in all administration area – Financials’, Health & Safety and Food Safety
