Operations Manager - Corporate Reception - London - £60k

Are you an experienced Operations Manager from a premium Corporate Reception business looking for a new role? Are you all about the client journey and providing a first-class service to all of your guests and encourage your team to do the same? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.

I am currently recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of the guest services within some of London’s most stunning offices, which have the feel of a 5* Hotel. This will include the Visitor Reception, Business Lounge, Communal Working Spaces and meeting rooms system management.

As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for all Guest Services across 8 different contracts, working with the Guest Services Manager of each location to deliver the very best levels of customer service. You won’t settle for 2nd best and always be coming up with new and innovative ideas to improve the customer journey.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Currently working in a 5* Hotel or High-end corporate reception

·        Managed teams across multiple locations

·        Multisite experience

·        Strong multi-stakeholder management
