I am currently recruiting an Operations Manager for a Contract Caterer with a fantastic reputation within the independent education sector. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 10 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. Your patch will cover Surrey, South West London and North West London.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Multi-site experience within Contract Catering – ideally within Independent Education or B&I.

·        Fantastic stakeholder management skills

·        Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £4m+

·        Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail services
