I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for an independent Contract Cater who have strong focus on the quality of their food and development of their people. You will be responsible for 12 different secondary schools, each with their own demands and business requirements.

The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

·        Experience in a senior management role, within education catering

·        Experience dealing with local authority contracts

·        Managed a multi-site operation

·        Strong retail business experience, up to date with the latest trends with strong financial acumen
