Operations Manager - London - £70k

I am recruiting for a stunning new contract in London, with an annual turnover in the region of £4m which incorporates a good mix of hospitality and retail catering for over 2000 people every day.
As Operations Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 40+ to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.
The ideal Operations Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
· Experience in both events/ hospitality and counter service restaurants
· A Contract Catering background
· Worked at Operations Manager or GM level of a large operation
· A passion for delivering 5* service standards, with the quality of food to match
