Operations Director - Midlands - £75-85k

I am currently recruiting an experienced Operations Director for an independent Contract Caterer, with a fantastic reputation for fantastic food and strong client relationships. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for 20 very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. You will lead will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 2 Operations Managers across the Midlands, working across a mix of business, including both Independent and State Schools, as well as B&I.
The ideal Operations Director will have the following knowledge/ experience;
· Experience in a senior management role, within Contract Catering – ideally within B&I or the Independent education sectors
· Fantastic stakeholder management skills
· Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £15m+
· Strong financial acumen, with real commercial drive
