Marketing Manager - London - 40k-45k


My client is a leading London contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to cover the maternity leave of the Head of Marketing.

As Marketing Manager you will manage one Senior Marketing Executive and report to the Operations Director.

Your main focuses will be the following:

  • Be a brand guardian for all collateral, branding and corporate identity across the company's venues

  • Work with PR agencies to oversee strategy, increase brand awareness and secure press coverage

  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue and increase business levels

  • Lead all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department

  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in-line with company objectives and support from senior management

  • Developing marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets and strategy

  • Managing the company’s marketing budgets

  • Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans and objectives

  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns both digital and in print

  • Overseeing all online platforms including content and customer feedback

  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and react accordingly to achieve objectives

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

  • Drafting of awards entries for the company or individual sites

  • Managing the company websites, to ensure they are driving business levels, as well as using analytics insights effectively

  • Building partner relationships with industry organisations and media in line with the marketing strategy

  • Deliver the event exhibitions as per the marketing budget to support the sales teams
